Meetings for BitF organization are open to anyone who wishes to attend.
May 5th
First team lead meeting. Identifying lead responsibilities and time line for organization. Chance for you to give us your input on specific issues related to the organization
of BitF – world cafe style.
May 12th
Team Lead meeting. Discussion involving issues such as – delegation, burnout, communication and conflict resolution.
May 26th
Volunteer Information meeting. Want to volunteer ? This is your chance to find out more, meet other volunteers and team leads you will be working with. Hear about the
Ranger and Peer support training.
June 30th
Team Lead Meeting. Final meeting to go over set up plan, layout and emergency response/safety issues.
