General Organizers Meetings For 2012
Meetings for BitF organization are open to anyone who wishes to attend. All meetings start at 7 pm – location TBA.
April 23rd
First team lead meeting. Identifying lead responsibilities and time line for organization. Organizational information needed to start planning!!
May 24th
Volunteer Information meeting. Want to volunteer ? This is your chance to find out more, meet other volunteers and team leads you will be working with. Hear about the
Ranger and Peer support training.
July 3rd
Team Lead Meeting. Final meeting to go over set up plan, layout and emergency response/safety issues.
