Producer – Delyse
The Producer is the point of contact with outside agencies before, during, and after the event and responsible for coordinating location, permits, marketing, budget, schedules and administration. As well as, working with the art grant committee, the GVIAS Board, and delivering the final assessment/wrap-up report.
Tech Producers – Baha and Pi
Baha
The Technical Director helps direct and coordinate all things infrastructure: theme camp placement, stage, sound, lights, power, art installation, signage, decor, visuals, transportation/delivery issues, set-up and strike.
Volunteer Coordinator – Belva
The Volunteer Coordinator is the go-to person for all things related to volunteers and volunteers-to-be. Including: Outreach, coordination, skills assessment/placement, retention, volunteer tracking & record keeping, appreciation & expectation management, volunteer survey/evaluation assessment, and conflict management.
