NEW ART PLACEMENT FORM
Art, and specifically Interactive Art, is a pillar of Burning Man culture and of Burn In The Forest. Each year, dozens of artists put together an array of mind-blowing sculptures, fire art, LED effects, thought-provoking pieces, and even slip-n-slides, to make the BitF experience truly unique.
***NEW THIS YEAR*** If you complete a GRANT form for your project you DO NOT need to fill out a seperate placement form. Your information will automatically go to the placement team. You will receive a confirmation email within a week or two.
ART APPLICATION DEADLINE FOR DIRECTED TICKETS IS April 15th @ midnight. Final Art Application deadline is May 31st, however applications submitted after April 15th WILL NOT receive directed tickets.
PLEASE READ the following information guide about the ART PLACEMENT submission process. Step 1: Complete all fields of this form for your submission. ***NEW*** Step 2: After your submission is completed and pre-processed, please be advised that you as team leader will receive a NOTICE from the INFO team. Approval of your submission will be dependent on you READING, SIGNING and RETURNING the NOTICE FROM THE INFO TEAM back to the Production team. Thank you for your submission for Burn in the Forest!
