By whom, when, and exactly how will your camp be cleaned before setup, during the event, and for final clean? 3. What bins/bags, pickers/gloves, and other equipment are needed? Who will bring them? 4. Who will remove the garbage, recycling, organics, grey water, and other waste from site and dispose of them responsibly? Theme camp and sound camp placement will be determined by the size of the PA and day/time of the planned events. Workshop/Event registration will be available on the BITF website soon.
When you register an event with amplified sound, you will be issued a PA permit once your event is approved. Although you may not know the exact details of your events yet, please answer these questions as best you can. These questions are intended for those who are applying as a Sound Camp, and Theme Camps may not be approved for amplified sound.
Please note: if you are a theme camp hosting an event or party with amplified sound, you may not be approved for your intended hours. The Sound Lead will be in contact with you to approve your event, or to suggest alternative options.
